I am honored and humbled that the members gave me a vote of confidence to serve as President of the Women's Council of Realtors Sacramento Chapter. While the weather has been unusually cold and wet, the chapter is hot. In fact it is sizzling. We have instituted so many new programs and the members are running with it. This year we have a Sponsor chair, an Affiliates Chair and of course our Education Chair has been working very hard with the Placer chapter to hold a Performance Management Network class right here in River City. We also have a chair for the June Conference fundraiser which will be a fashing show at the Towe Museum.

     We are also initiating our own Web presence and e-newsletter. It is all coming together because of the excitement, enthusiasm and members willing to roll up their sleeves to get it done. We all have very busy lives and while statistics show membership in many organizations is on the wane we are enjoying a robust increase.
